After an order is placed, TreasureJewelry will send you a confirmation. Subsequently, our employees will process your order and get it ready for shipment as soon as possible. The usual order processing time is one to three business days (this includes the time it takes for our security department to review the order and to prepare the item for shipment.) If the item is out of stock, it will take us from two to six weeks to manufacture it for you. However, if an item is not in our inventory, be assured that you will be contacted and given several options including ordering a similar item.
Shipping cost will be determined depending on the method you choose before checkout. 
Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse.
Expedited shipping is also available within US on some jewelry: FedEx 2 Day Air is $25 and FedEx Next Day Air is $35.
Please note that it does not include Saturday delivery (to be delivered on Saturday an order has to be shipped with Next Day Air on Friday and Saturday delivery added to it separately).
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes since signature is required for all deliveries (package will not be left unattended).
For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient's signature.
If you cannot be available, you can have your order shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Please contact Us to arrange this kind of shipment.
Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In that case, please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.
Shipping Promotions
Any promotional discount or allowance (i.e. Free Shipping) will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free Shipping offers do not include premium shipping charges or International orders.
Delays may happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc., but please be assured that TreasureJewelry will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
