30-Day No-Risk Return Policy & Guarantee
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than TreasureJewelry cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.
Step #1: Contact ( treasurejewelry@consultant.
com ) for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number (RA#), and/or provide exchange information. This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Step #2: Packaging and Labels
Please complete the Return Form on your shipping document. Be sure to include the return authorization number that you have been given by contacting us, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
Step #3: Care and Shipping.
Because the safe return of your package is as important to Treasure Jewelry as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Request a return receipt after shipping, which will assure you that your package has arrived at Treasure Jewelry.
Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Treasure Jewelry. All jewelry will be inspected by our gemologist prior to the refund being processed.
